To much for nothing, Than just a nose issues.
It seems as it change Service Management. When we arrived, after a 3.5hr drive, we checked in, We were not welcome, the person at the desk ask me for a credit card, for in case is need it. Damages or extra charges, 1st day we stayed , went to room number 812, withing 1hr I had a stuffy nose, I look at the air filter, it looks as has not been change for over a year, shame, shame. Also I notice that the carpet has not been clean for at least 7 months. or so. The service at the restaurant was very poor. The servers were not attentive at all. The AC unit did not work, so we had to open the windows. In the evening, went to the blue bar, we waited over 15min. before someone stop by to offered any drinks, then after those drinks were done, we waited another 20 min. before stop by and as if we want something, 2dn night went ok, open windows for better breathing, 3rd day we checked out. the front desk charge my credit card with our my consent I was paying cash for my bill.!! I just hope the Hanley Park Hotel clean their act, or I just starting to look for another place to stay, For the $802.00 for the 2 nights I should it got a better place to sleep and breath.
