Ugh. We're super sorry to hear you had trouble with your Nespresso Machine. We owe you a cup of coffee during your next visit.

As a business traveler the accommodations are not adequate. As a guest I did not feel welcomed to dine alone (apparently you need reservations for all standard tables in all of the hotel's restaurants) so it's the bar for dinner. Sat for 15-20 minutes at the lobby bar before getting up and leaving because the bartender was way to busy stocking up bar instead. Called front desk and asked for a forgotten toiletry proved to be a big hurtle, not very warm or welcoming or accommodating. As a client who stayed there three nights I felt like a necessary inconvenience for this establishment. I am not there for a quick "be seen" visit at the hip and trending hotel only buying the handmade cocktails, I'm the business client purchasing multiple nights stay and would have repeatedly returned monthly if I was treated like a guest, instead of a necessary inconvenience. PS. Valet is terrible, and has no urgency to assist. Waited downstairs for at least 10 minutes, took me calling upstairs (right after checking out at the front desk) to ask if they could get valet out of the break room to hand me my keys.
