Wildly disappointing
No internet. TV was in and out. Staff was rude, which is pretty amazing considering that the hotel is under serious construction, but that even when calling them before hand to ask about it, they played it down. Rooms are poorly built to where when people let their doors close in the hallway, the room shakes slightly. Very light on the amenities side, which again should be ramped up when the hotel is under such construction (8 am to 6 pm, not 9-5 as I was told). No restaurant, etc. They need better help with marketing and management to deal with this. Give the guests something for this. I could suggest many easy ways, which will not cost you anything, to at least offer the guests a bit for staying in this mess.
