The front staff was funny and professional. The room has everything you needed. They have also have an ice machine, fridge and microwave. In the morning you get free breakfast in the guest front room. We recommended. Thank Travelocity and Comfort Inn Suite.

I appreciate you allowing me the opportunity to respond to your concern because it is unfortunate how quickly these rumors can get spread out of control. I am happy to report that we take matters such as these very seriously and we immediately had our pest control company come out and inspect the room as well as others just to be safe. I can say for certain that the report reads there is no evidence or activity of bed bugs found. If your relatives found another insect in the room, we do apologize, but summertime in Iowa does occasional bring those critters inside, just like at home. We along with Aable pest control do our best to keep them away and we hope that this unfortunate incident can be seen for what it was. Thank you again for your business.

Great facility, great stay

spent one night at this hotel July 2009. absolutely great stay, room immaculate, staff very friendly, bed very comfortable. used the whirlpool & pool, very well maintained and everything kept very clean. a great buy, planning on future stays.
