I have stayed at many extended stays and this was by far the worst. The desk clerk was pleasant and it was cheap (comparatively speaking), beyond that very disappointing. There was nothing at all in the cupboards. Not a dish, pan, or even a spork. No paper towels. Only 2 disposable plastic cups with the plastic wrap torn and replaced. Made me wonder if they were just re-using them. I honestly don't think the bedding had been washed. Luckily, I was desperate and tired enough to not care at the time.

Room smelled strongly of urine after check in, staff unhelpful to resolve the issue so I had to leave and book another room at another hotel. Repeated attempts to contact management have been unsuccessful.

Clean, Spacious, Quiet

Pros: Location. Price. Cleanliness. Comfortable.
Cons: Nothing
Location: 3 miles to the University of Northern Iowa. Close to shopping & other retail.
Pros: It's clean, the person at the desk was nice, and check in/out was quick. There's a 3/4 size fridge and stove with pans for cooking so if you're going to be staying for a few days and want to save on eating out this is a good option. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. Cons: The TV is a 32" which is a little small for my tastes. No breakfast.
