We stayed in 102 and the smell was terrible. We could not identify it, but would have moved rooms if they weren't full. It was a handicapped room with no shower curtain. The whole bathroom floor got wet when we showered. Otherwise the breakfast was great and the lobby was very clean and nice.

Nice place but the freeway is close and a little bit loud. We were also charged $20 for each of our two dogs despite the description saying that it was $20 per accommodation.

Laura, I appreciate your feedback. There must be a misunderstanding regarding the charges. Our pet fee is $20 per pet. max 2 pets per room. Thank you for staying with us. I hope you will give us another opportunity to better serve you with a room located in a different area of the hotel to avoid possible freeway noise.

The toilet paper was the thinnest I've ever seen. The coffee was refilled in our room. The hotel was so loud, people slamming doors throughout the night and I'm pretty sure the police were there. When I tried to ask the woman in the front questions, she either pretended she didn't hear me or just sort of wrote me off.

The hotel was really nice! I didn’t like that my room wasn’t cleaned while we were out and I had to ask for clean towels. Also, some kids were running up/ down the halls and above us as well. It didn’t damper our stay but I didn’t get any sleep before a 6 hour drive home
