The Cove is always clean and people are friendly. Furniture is not all that comfortable but the Cove is one of the best places to stay.

Great Visit

Pros: We liked the recreation center
Cons: It would be nice if the rooms had stoves.
Location: The location is excellent and there are many shops, restaurants, chain stores and activities for adults and children in the area.
We had a wonderful time and there is a lot to do for the children. The suite was spacious and we loved the double shower. The indoor pool was great and the children loved the recreation center. We plan to return.

Telemarketers will haunt you after you stay here.

Cons: your personal info is given to telemarketers.
It has been almost two years since I stayed here and I still receive at least three telemarketing calls per week, which began as a result of my staying at this place. After you stay, you will receive a call that informs you that were selected from a raffle or lottery and that you have won a prize. The prize might be some airplane tickets or a free nights stay at some other resort. They ask you to call back to make arrangements to pick up your prize. Picking up the prize involves having to sit sit through a pitch where you are trying to be sold a time share. Need I say more? Do not stay here.

Disappointed, no elevators, nickeled & dimed.

Cons: No free Internet
RCI exchange visit, 2 rooms, $50 surcharge ea. "less than 1 wk stay & to clean AFTER WE LEFT" We never saw housekeeping in 4 days, trash piled up in wastebaskets, you do your own towel exchange & make your own beds". No cooking (has microwave & dishes?) We stayed mid-April 2012, 60% of tourist activities were still closed. In house restaurant not open, internet charge. They have a nice indoor pool & hot tub. We will not be going back.
