Check in was pleasing but there's where it ended. When I entered my Queen Jacuzzi Suite, all seemed great until I inspected it further. The tub stopper for the jacuzzi was broken, and when I placed a call to the front desk to inform them, I was told maintenance went home so there's nothing he could do for me. I managed to still use it to fill up the jacuzzi however when I got in and pressed the whirlpool button, it didn't work. The jacuzzi tub was the ONLY reason I opted for that specific upgrade, and the fact that it wasn't working was very disappointing. The HVAC unit was very noisy and was leaking water so the carpet underneath it was very wet. The TV connection wasn't the greatest either - it kept freezing and skipping; most of the channels were like this until I found a few channels that didn't do it, so I settled to watch that channel, only to have the connection lost altogether and have the screen show "No Signal". With all of these maintenance issues, there was no point in informing the front desk as he already told me maintenance left for the day already. But the #1 absolute thing that disgusted me was on the carpet by the fireplace was some sort of red sticky substance (like jam). When I got off the bed, I repeated accidentally stepped on it, it was SO GROSS! I am beyond disappointed in this, especially since I booked my stay on NYE night to ring in the New Year 2020. I just got fed up and ended up checking out around 11pm because I couldn't stay in a dirty room!
Bed was quite comfortable Bathroom can do with some upgrade Messed on our breakfast order but redeemed when they canceled the charges Overall the stay was ok no one knock at your door unnecessarily. I like the option that you can decline house keeping
Parking is abundant, however, was not aware of $10 parking fee when booking. The kitchen suites are in a separate building and there’s not sufficient signs to direct you to the main building lobby, an arrow or phone number would be helpful. Once I found the main lobby, the staff was very nice. Location is quiet but very close to major roads for easy on and off access.
