We were provided with one coffee packet per person. When we called for room service to get additional coffee, we were told that room service wasn't available until 7am, which was fine. We asked for two additional coffee packets to brew in our room and were told, "You're just going to have to go to a gas station or someplace like that to get more coffee." UGH - rude and unaccommodating! Also, the pool is only open on the weekend. This was NOT included in their advertising! Disappointing!

I was notified upon check in that there was a $5 charge for parking. I prepaid for the room. I wish I was made aware of this prior to arrival. Although the change is not steep, it seems unnecessary to charge for parking.

The property over all is a good stay. My biggest complaint is the heavy smoking through your the building. The smell of smoke is overwhelming in hallways, elevators, and even behind closed room doors the smell reeks in. Also bathrooms do not have fans and no microwave in rooms are other downfalls. A lot of hotels I’ve stayed in during the Covid-19 pandemic have additional cleaning procedures but none were noted at this hotel.

I didn't like that there was no free breakfast, we paid a lot for the room and breakfast should have been included!
