Excellent staff!!! Love the property and view. Only downfall was the fact that if you are a light sleeper, you will be up about every hour or so with the sound of a train passing. At between 0600 & 0700 the Amtrak train is your alarm clock, giving you two whistle blows before it departs, sounding as though it were on the deck of the chalet, Please bring a nighttime noise machine, to keep your sanity. Very relaxing. It was nice not having a tv in the room, and absolutely loved having a balcony. Staff was friendly.
