The entire stay was very good. One suggestion for sure….the tables in the eating area need to be cleaned regularly throughout the day! Breakfast offerings were very good.

Bathroom door lock was broken and the plumbing was very loud - even if someone in a different room used the shower. Overall very nice though - would stay there again.

Stay was fine, room was clean. Toilet wasn't secured too well. Complimentary computer usage was a bonus. Breakfast largely unsatisfactory, as the bacon/ham was way undercooked, the omelet was cold and the coffee was bland and cheap. After the hot options bombed, I went back for cereal, oatmeal and breads, all of which were fine.

The staff was above and beyond friendly. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast options were great. We also loved the late checkout time! We will definitely stay here again.

The facilities were nice. Unfortunately, the front desk at check in and the am breakfast buffet staff was downright rude... Purposefully inappropriate! During check in , they began with nicities until they found out i had booked via third party ( or where I reside). She stated if i had booked directly. I would have been able to upgrade my room, and they may be able to assit when i asked. I didn't mind the fact I couldn't, it was her lack of patience. She was very abrubt , dismissive and since i am now here..I am "locked" as checked in. So..the next morning prior to the am swim, we went to am breakfast . As I was making waffles , the prep cook told my 8 year old son he was not allowed to be in or around the breakfast buffet area. She then stated to him he needs shoes on . (my son forgot his fip flops and was bare foot) This woman then proceeded to place herself between myself and my son a SECOND time ..speaking loud ..to further make her point and say " he can not eat here or in the dining area either. You need to leave" . There is no sign ANYWHERE stating shoes are required to get breakfast. This mom is now furious! We ate our breakfast ..with the other families that had children of all ages with barefeet. I lodged a complaint at the front desk..no managers on duty on Sundays..(No managers again today on Monday.) It looks as we were specifically targeted. We are an ethnic family and we were treated very poorly. I am going to close my rewards membership with this company.
