The only thing wrong with this property was there was no elevator, which is very strange for a hotel. Otherwise, everything elses was great.

What I liked most about the hotel- the staff was friendly. Things that did not work well for me, the microwave did not work the sink would not drain the view from my room was awful and the price was totally ridiculous for a Quality Inn. They advertise a hot breakfast which they do not do but is included in the price of the room. You get a grab and go breakfast which was a cold biscuit and a muffin. With COVID hotels have doubled and tripled their rates but what they offer has been reduced greatly. Two night cost over $300. However I must note this was the cheapest rate I was able to find for any hotel I checked. I checked a lot around Wilmington.

Old

The room had peeling wall paper, the AC made a noise all night and the surrounding rooms were all loud. Only plus was a decent breakfast.

Overpriced Needs updates. Shoddy repairs

Just not impressed for over $100 a night hotel. Was more like a $50 hotel. AC unit falling apart. Bathroom gross

Excellent Experience

This hotel provided me with generous hospitality. The room was clean and comfortable and the attendants were very knowledgeable and courteous. Please continue this type of service and hold a training session for these other hotels to teach them how real customer services is supposed to be administered.
