The property was nice. For the most part it was clean. Needed some maintenance though. The room was good. The towels were small and very rough. The breakfast was very good and staff very friendly

Staff were super friendly and helpful. They provided “happy hour “ with hamburgers and brats and a salad bar and local beer. They also provided a good breakfast buffet.

Nice exterior, but inside was dated with older carpet, original doors, and drop ceilings in the hall. Room was clean and made up nicely, but the remodel to modernize the room didn't seem to be done by professionals. Doors on nicer cabinets were coming off - we fixed them. No carafe for the coffee maker. The toilet was way too close to the wall. No way that was code. We couldn't fix that. The hotel is pet friendly, which was great, but it showed how thin the walls were when dogs barked. The emergency door at the end of the hall was broken and didn't open from the inside. Again, probably not up to fire code as long as guests were in the building. The front desk staff was very friendly and checked us in quickly. To be fair, we checked in late and left early, so we didn't have a chance to point out the problems. The listing on Travelocity makes everything look awesome, but it didn't live up to our expectations. Probably would go somewhere else if we ever go back to Wichita Falls.
