I can’t begin to tell you how awful this place is. Please do not stay here. First sign was the big piece of tile missing at the top of the stairs. Huge tripping hazard. All lights on second floor hall didn’t have one cover. Which did not help the baby blue wall color. Room had a smell of mildew. Bathroom floor was sticky. Lamp shade had stains all over it. Headboard looked like it had never been dusted or wiped down. There were arguments clearly heard from other rooms throughout the night. All the towels had stains on them. This is by far the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. I would have checked out but all other hotels were booked. The next morning there was no breakfast but I would not have eaten it anyways. I went to the truck stop next door and there was a sign saying Asian Massage Room 223. This was three doors down from me. How does this happen?! This should be investigated and I can’t believe Travelocity has a place like this listed. The city of Newton needs to look into this as well. Disgusting! Please please do not stay here. One good note is the person who checked me in was very professional and courteous.

Had over 15 bugs in the room big ones crawling around and flying bed was like a jail sell

Hotel was very average. The staff was friendly and we had no problems checking in or out. Breakfast was pretty limited in options. Room was ok, but there were stains in the toilet, hairs on the sheets and stains on the pillowcases, and I could literally hear everything going on on my floor. I did sleep well in the cleanest-appearing bed, but I was very tired, so that helped. The fan mounted on the wall came in very handy to white-out the noise from other rooms. I was sad this hotel was a little disappointing because the location and price were good for what we needed in that moment. Staff very friendly and helpful and efficient - the property could just use some attention.

Friendly staff. But they might want to check on the plugs in the lamps. They are very loose and dont charge anything.

Bait and switch is illegal. I have lots of photos of this hotel .its a fire hazard, dirty noisy uncomfortable beds.

Not what I expected

Pros: I liked the price per night
Cons: The beds were small and hard
Location: Don't no I went to a wrestling match
I thought that I would get a room with two king size beds like it showed in the picture but instead I got a small room with small beds.The free breakfast was a joke no spoons the bread was hard and no cereal in the containers,but maybe I shouldn't complain.

Personal Opinion

Location: Big trucks behind motel. One small Restaurent across street. Motel parking lot in dire need of repairs. Tabor College Hillsboro, Kansas.
Numerous drop cords on electrical outlets. Bed up against outlet. Wash basis outdated. Bathroom faucets pressure was low. Carpeting soiled. Heat and air conditioning controls difficult. Bed cover was soiled. Towels were clean, not soft, and felt like sand paper. Would not recommend. Never stay there again.
