Outstanding quality at a fair price

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, great bed
The hotel is relatively new and the bed was outstanding. I found the staff to be most willing to serve and the breakfast was very good as well. I needed a ride from the airport to the hotel at midnight and the staff had to juggle somethings around but met my need. I will most assuredly stay with them the next time I am in Wichita Kansas. Great Hotel

We loved this hotel, the hot breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly and helpul. We would definetly visit agin.

Didn't stay - just a customer service experience

If I make a reservation I like to call the hotel and get an idea for the place. I called the front desk and when I asked about the rooms she transfered me to some reservation call center where the lady had no idea about location and how to get there. I called the hotel again to ask about the room type I asked for and she did it AGAIN! I was so upset I cancelled my reservation completely. Might be a nice hotel but I don't plan on giving it a try.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

No housekeeping for two days over New Years. Trash piled up and no cleaning from Wed night to Sat afternoon. We were not told of this when we booked. The manager was very rude and combative about our request for a discount. Worst customer service I've ever had anywhere in the world. I'll never stay at an Intercontinental Hotels Group property again.

Holiday Inn Express

The hotel stay was great! The hotel sent a shuttle to the airport to pick us up. The hotel is new and well decorated. Very comfortable accomodations. We would stay here again.

Visit to Wichita

There was no aspect of the visit to this hotel that wasn't perfect including the reservation process, check-in, appearance of hotel, location. room size and quality to include the flat screen tv and wireless connection, pool, business center, fitness center and the EXCELLENT breakfast area. This is the best place I have ever stayed in Wichita and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I have traveled extensively. Great staff and great facility. Thank you so much for such a pleasant place.

Very happy...

This was my first visit to the Wichita area and I found it to be a great city! This hotel was very nicely decorated from the lobby to the rooms. The bed was very comfortable, need better pillows though. This hotel is very close to the airport which was convenient. I had a great stay!
