Belated Christmas Eve
We had a belated Christmas and needed a place for a few families to hang during the day and for 2 couples and 1 teen to sleep near Derby. This place fit the bill to a T. Our son enjoyed the pingpong and television downstairs while the rest of us hung out and even played the piano a little.

Great little rental
We enjoyed our stay there for our daughter’s wedding. It was clean and decorated cute. It was easy to find. We struggled getting the key out of the lockbox, my husband has arthritis bad in his hands and I had gotten my nails done. We would recommend it,

Great value: a 3BR house with full kitchen, laundry, ping pong table, and piano - for the price of a hotel room. In addition, the owner was very responsive to requests while being VERY careful to be unobtrusive. Convenient to activities in Derby and less than 30 minutes to Wichita. Bravo.

Functional in old Derby
Derby is a great town and this home sits in an older neighborhood. It’s safe and since Derby is not that big, close to everything. The house is as advertised—functional. You can eat, sleep, and relax in a quiet neighborhood. It’s not fancy but it works.

Overall it was a good stay. A few things that could be updated: advertised as 2 bath but it was a full bath and a half bath. Mattresses could be updated and I would mix the hanging beds. They bang into the walls when you move. That being said, it fit our needs.

Great Place to Stay
Loved the property. My kids loved the game room and spent majority of the time laughing, playing ping pong, and watching movies. My kids also enjoyed the piano even though they were terrible. Rooms were comfy. Adequately slept 6 of us with no problem. Definitely recommend.

Nice little town convenient to explore Wichita
The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook. I did not read closely enough to see there was no dishwasher or ice maker. There were plenty dishes. The upstairs bath doesn't have a lot of space or countertop to put ones toiletries. We really enjoyed having the ping pong table, TV, bathroom and board games in the basement.

Family Reunion Visit.
In town for a family reunion. Was the perfect location to lay our heads at night. The host even contacted us during a Tornado Warning in the area, to share the emergency procedures. Would stay here again.
