The outside doors have scanners but are not working, so NO security. Paid extra for a jacuzzi tub but no hot water. It smells like a nursing home

I liked that there was an Applebee's right across from the hotel, just a few steps away. I did not like that the hotel itself felt dirty because the smell of cigarettes filled the whole hotel. We purchased a non smoking room because our daughter has horrible asthma, we were very unhappy.

Looks nice, but is deceiving

Pool was way too cold for swimming. Room smelled horrible. Discovered the a.c. unit was full of mold. Upon telling staff, they made no offer to refund money or comp another stay.

Stay somewhere else

The room we stayed in needed to have the carpets cleaned. There was actual dirt between the bathroom tiles and where the carpet meets. The chair and ottoman had dark visible stains. The TV didn't work/no signal. The connecting box was barely hanging on to the back of the cabinet where the cable hook up is located. Lastly, the shower had mold in the cracks.

Nice and Clean

Hotel was very nice...room was clean and neat...wonderful buffet breakfast each morning...dinner next door...would recommend to anyone.

Just OK

Check in desk clerk tried to up the charges for the reservation we made on the internet. Only one of the desk staff was particularly friendly. Breakfast average- better than donuts and coffee- not as good as others.
