Great location! Clean rooms! Their wifi wasn’t great when we stayed but otherwise it’s a nice beach hotel! Staff is super friendly and professional!

This is NOT a “luxurious oceanfront hotel” as described by any means. Our room that we booked was disgusting. As soon as I opened the door, the awful smell was overwhelming s and unbearable. There wasn’t any trace of cleaning products smell by any means. The carpet must just be wet all the time and not properly ever cleaned because it smelled like a musty basement. The bathroom floor was not cleaned and was like slippery with something on the floor. They definitely did not monitor the amount of guests in the pool at one time or even attempt to enforce social distancing. The cabana area had garbage and towels left everywhere. My husband is high risk for COVID and I needed to stay in a hotel that property cleaned their rooms and buildings and did not feel safe to stay here for even one night. We checked out the same day and I was told by the staff member at the desk that she understand my complaints and they couldn’t offer us another room because they didn’t have any available. She also said that her manager would contact me to discuss my concerns. I never received a phone call. I also emailed them and requested a refund which I have not received back and no one has even responded to my email either. This hotel deserves negative stars and no one should risk staying here especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

On the 21 of June 2020, I was astounded by the front desk team and Keishla, is incapable of working in the hospitality business or with people period.
It is incredible how one person can trash all of the hard work of the rest of the team of Aqua Beach Hotel.
I stayed there 6/19-21, it was not busy at all. She was incredibly rude as if we were inconveniencing her; any request my girlfriend and I had were met with animosity. I felt as if I was discriminated against due to my origin which makes me very upset. If you have any request at all Keishla will probably call the cops as she did to my girlfriend when she tried to respectfully inform Keishla of her concerns.
On top of it, The most narrow parking spots maybe they were meant for scooters? Very over priced for terrible, outdated customer service and rooms.
I would love to see this person not handling customers and to be held accountable for her foul behaviour.

The location was great. Property was clean. Not having drapes with the blinds on first floor around the pool area felt like lack privacy. The roof top was GREAT!

Great for families.
Pros:We loved the location, close to the beach and boards. I found the room to be clean and the staff to be friendly and accommodating.
Cons:My only complaints are that the beds are not comfortable, I've been on worse, and the AC did not seem to be able to cool the two rooms.
Location:Close to beach, boards, market, bike rental, miniature golf, liquor store and restaurants.
We rented a two room efficiency which worked out great as a place for my daughters and their young kids to hang out, nap and have lunch after a nice few hours at the beach. They were staying at a different condo further from the beach and boards so we were thrilled to host. We enjoyed the hammock deck, the café, the beach and the boardwalk.

Nice hotel near beach and boardwalk
Beach within a 4 minute walk and boardwalk less than 2 minutes walk. Beach water was nice and warm. My kids were so surprised with beach and boardwalk that they asked us are we still in New Jersey!!

Convenient to everything.
Location:Beach and boardwalk within walking distance. Also some diners. Very convenient to other activities.
The hotel was good. Close to all activities and the beach. Our room was disappointing as the bed and dresser set was too big for the size of the room. There was hardly any space to get around in the room. It was very crowded. A smaller bed and tv stand/dresser would make that room much more comfortable.
The pool and hot tub were great. We would stay there again but in a different size room.
