Requested quiet room away from hgwy and got room at rear next to RR where freight trains rumble through at night. Light over sink not working. No maid service. Tiny (really tiny) bar of soap. Wifi spotty; router failed at least once during our 2 night stay. However, towels were ample size and weight--a plus.

MAYBE would recommend. Lot of stuff didn't work

had to change rooms b/c wouldn't flush. Missing lite bulbs. NO microwaves worked. Heat was just ok. breakfast room -- no way. It was almost like camping. TV worked. But it was CHEAP so for 1 nite was bearable. Some rooms clean some not. bed was okay. Shower okay. So if you are the rugged type this place is fine. Don't think if I had kids that I would take this one. Very good location though.

Simple hotel but clean and a good value

We just needed a simple hotel for one night without having to pay for a bunch of extras we weren't going to use. It was clean and the bed was comfortable which was all we needed.

Ok for the price

Poor beds, breakfast poor. Cleanliness ok ... Room was musty & hot at arrival, took a long time to cool off. Young ladat the desk was super sweet.

Well, the sheets were clean...

If you are only looking for a place to sleep this is ok. But, we needed wifi to submit homework assignments while on vacation and the wifi they say they have didn't work. We asked about it andthey said there was no problem. Out of our 2 phones, 2 tablets, and 1 laptop there was no connection. The shower curtain was dirty, the llittle bottle of shampoo was already used. There was only a master key for us to use because the key card was apparently lost. Breaskfast was a little disturbing. It was styrofoam cups full of waffle mix, gallon jugs of milk, and a large jug of sunny d. No coffee cups. I feel like that's a safety hazzard because anyone could put something in the shared food, or bugs, etc. So we went to the pancake house nextdoor, I'd give that place 5 stars. The staff here was so friendly and nice though, and for the price it was....not worth it.

HORRIBLE ROOM! DID NOT STAY.

Pros: NOTHING. this hotel should not be in business.
Cons: EVERYTHING. Needs to be deep cleaned and painted.
Location: We were in town to go to Busch Gardens. Because we were at the park all day, we did not check in until midnight. The room was so disgusting we left.
We stayed maybe 30 minutes. The room was disgusting. The walls were supposed to be white but were so dirty, they probably hadn't been painted or washed in 20 years. You could clearly see dirt and grime on the carpet. The bathroom had dirt and hair in the tub and sink - didn't even bother looking in the toilet. The sheets were white but felt like cardboard. The blankets we threw on the floor - they were very gross and stained. the lampshades still had plastic on them and were dirty. Along the nightstand by the beds, there was food crumbles everywhere. Very DISGUSTING. This hotel deserves a negative rating. We ended up driving 20 miles to Newport News just to find a decent hotel that was not sold out. We did not stay at this hotel.
