The lobby had just been painted and was beautiful. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Comfortable mattress. Wonderful full breakfast . Very friendly staff at check in and check out. We will stay there again

Staff was courteous. Rooms spacious and clean. Wish the pool area was open. Not necessarily the pool itself but the tables and chairs around it. Plenty of parking. Quiet area.

The lobby entrance was very welcoming and super clean as well as the dining area.However our room was very much in need of a face lift.....the furniture was very worn, cracks and tears all in the lampshades, the over sized sofa that they squeezed into the room was worn with tears and stains on it. The pillows(i use this term lightly) were not even standard sized pillows, matter of fact they had to tuck the pillowcase inside of itself because the pillow was literally half the size of the pillowcase there was no substance to any of the pillows on our bed. While doing my hair in the bathroom I noticed a roach crawling up the wall behind me (I have video to prove it). The staff was pleasant, however as I have mentioned the actual rooms need some major revamping.

How many times

We checked in around 7:30pm Friday, February 23rd we went to the room dropped off our luggage and went to pick up our daughter from college, we got back to the room around 9pm and the tv was not working and the smoke detector kept going off all night we went to bed and early the next morning my husband told the front desk the problems. We went out for a couple of hours and came back and still nothing was fixed he again told the front desk about the problems. We went to dinner at 2:30 came back to the room and still nothing resolved! We checked out Sunday morning and asked for compensation and the gentleman said he would have to ask his manager and sent us on our way! I will not be staying at this place again and still request compensation for our troubles
