Staff were knowledgeable & v helpful. The food in the restaurant was exceptional & service was very good. The room was generally clean but there was a stay hair in the shower, a discarded open bottle of water under one side of the bed & an old cashew nut under the other

our room was given away even though I called about our check in. We were moved to the Holiday Inn and had to get a cot instead of the 2 beds that we had reserved and paid for.

Nice hotel

Pros: It was convenient for what business affairs were needed in the area. When we last minute needed a room for all the other hotels were booked.
Cons: Cleaning the bathroom better, and the ac/heating unit thermostat easy to regulate for comfort.
Location: A Wegman's and a Perkins is just a couple blocks down from this hotel.
When you look for this hotel, make certain you get into the right one. This hotel is in the back of another hotel. It was very confusing when we arrived. We were also not pleased to learn there was no continental breakfast. There was a restaurant in the hotel to purchase food from. Or we could walk or drive to some nearby restaurants for breakfast and other meals. The pool was very nice looking. The hotel room was small but alright to work with. The bathroom was not for more then one person depending what you needed in the bathroom. I complained when checking out, that you could tell the cleaning staff had not wiped around the base of the toilet in a very long time. The evidence was quite noticeable. Also along the door frame of the bathroom door near the waste basket you could tell something had been spilled at one time and never was cleaned. Other than that the room was very clean and the linens were fresh. We had even called ahead and asked for more towels to be placed in our room and the towels were in our room upon arrival. The coffee pot needed replaced though. It took a while to make any coffee. The thermostat on the ac/heating unit was hard to keep adjusted. The weather was overly oppressively hot outside. But the thermostat was hard to keep regulated to keep the room very pleasant. Several times the thermostat had to be adjusted. It would either make the room stuffy from the heat outside or you were freezing like you were in an ice box.

Great place, great location

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: no continental breakfast
Stayed 5 days. Clean place, great staff. Even the cleaning people went out of their way to say... "Have a great day". The restaurant located on the premises was very nice too... Very friendly. We only had drinks and fries, but the food we saw coming out looked good. I guess the only complaint I would have is the Air conditioner. It can only be set by a thermostat and no fan speed control and will only go down to 65. Windows don't open so it was hard to cool down. This might be just me though because I like a cold room to sleep in. We went and bought a fan to have a breeze and all is good. Also no continental breakfast offered and the in room coffee had very little sugar/creamer. But close by is Weygans! Wow... What a place! Location was great... Walking distance to most everything downtown. Wifi worked great. We will stay again here.
