The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is being remodeled and our room hadn't been remodeled yet. We had a problem with water pressure in the shower and let the front desk know when we checked out. He said he would have maintenance look into it before the room was rented again. The front desk staff was amazing, my Dad misplaced his hearing aids and they went out of their way to help us search. I'd be happy to stay there again because of the amazing staff.

It was one if the 2 best places I have ever stayed. Very near the Ark Encounter too. (The other was Red Feather Lodge near Grand Canyon, AZ) BOTH were on Travelocity.
