For $200 a Night I expected better it’s located next to what looks like a Junkyard The Furniture is chipped up Poor Facility up keep in general First and Last time I stay at a Best Western

The bathroom in our room was gross. In need of an update. Cleaning wouldn’t help! Hotel right near the highway so it was very loud.

On the surface looks like a nice hotel but once in there you begin to notice things that haven't been maintained. The pool and hot tub for example there was a lot of dirty in the bottom of them. Hot tub there was a layer of dirt or sand that covered almost the whole bottom. Staff wise most were nice but the front desk person was missing and in the back chatting it with their fellow employees even when you ring the bell they come out eventually with the attitude that you are disturbing them. We will be finding a different place to stay next time or just avoid the area all together....

Appearance: Clean, but a bit run-down, hall carpets were grungy. Checked In at 9:30pm: Front Desk had no record that my room had been cleaned, and was unable to contact anyone who knew. I was then offered and accepted a 'Double' (2 Queen beds) room in place of a King bed. WiFi access: worked for 1.5 hours, then demanded a User Name in addition to the Password. Front Desk said a User Name was never asked for before, didn't know what it was, and that everyone was experiencing the same problem now. Front Desk said they would unplug and re-plug it in to "reboot" it. The second time I called the Front Desk, I inquired if there was someone they could ask for the User Name, and was told no. The third time I called the Front Desk they said they'd try rebooting more time, and then call Tech Support. I said I'd give up if it didn't work in a few minutes. Free Breakfast (6:30-9am): was adequate, but at 7am the Breakfast sandwiches (sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel) were tepid, not hot or even warm. Nice staff, but I will book a different hotel next time.
