Three queen beds with cheerful all new 100% cotton bedding and 400 thread count sheets for real vacation luxury.
Ride the two cruiser bikes provided on the nearby bike trail to Wrightsville Beach, UNCW (1 mile), or shopping or a movie at Mayfair. Head downtown to the Historic District Riverfront (7 miles), beautiful Airlie Gardens (1.5 miles), or just chill watching the smart TV, listening to music on our Amazon Alexa, and grilling on your gas grill!
Ample parking, absolutely no smoking, no pets, 6 max. guests, no parties/events, quiet hours 10pm-8am, only rent to responsible adults age 25 years.

We could not have found a more ideal place for our 3-day stay in Wilmington. A perfect get-away for our family. Attention to detail, private, comfortable, clean and cozy. The outdoor lounge was a huge bonus, as well as the large yard for our 17-month old granddaughter to explore and run. The kitchen provided all of the essentials and more! We had a very positive experience at this home. Decor was excellent, quality bedding/linens. Outside was quiet/private and the large space made you feel at home. Loved the location... close to downtown and beach. Only negative was the guest shower had Little to no pressure.

Property is great - owner not so much
Sweet little home, residential neighborhood, great backyard. Beds are great, couch is comfy, TV nice, all very modern. Inside has some, but not all, needed items (no soap? no tissues? no fan? limited kitchen supplies). Water pressure is terrible so if you need to wash a full head of hair - good luck. AC is odd so kitchen/living area is cold while bedrooms are hot. No screens on doors would help bugs from flying in - and in NC there are bugs! We stayed an extra two hours past check out which was totally my mistake. Bad decision on my part. Very bad in this case. Never mind the details (app difficulty, she never gave me another way to communicate, my ringer was mistakenly off ...) that would make my side more understandable. She banged on the door then just walked in and said she was calling the police. Wow. Was that because my black boyfriend with dreadlocks was in the living room when she came in? Can't know. But she was angry in a way I've not seen anyone be angry, let alone a VRBO host. She accused us of smoking in her house - we absolutely did not. We respected every single house rule. I tried everything to recover the situation. We got out of the house in 7 minutes, I offered to pay her housekeeper, apologized profusely, but we were horrible humans in her eyes and that was that. Sad ending to an otherwise lovely stay.
