Loved the house but due to beach corrosion though the house looked oceanfront you had to walk a block down to get to a beach access- was not mentioned on website when booking house- and price too height for not having a close access

Best Deck on the Beach
If you want to hear the roar of the ocean this is the place to stay. So close to the sea! Sitting on the deck you might imagine you are on a ship. Because there is a sea wall behind below the deck it is necessary to make a short walk to the end of the street to access the beach. Also located next to Freeman Beach which was dog-friendly and very lightly used while we were there.

Needs a few repairs but was as pictured
Navigating the rocks to get to the beach was tricky. There are several nails sticking up from the wood on the stairs and deck that are hazardous. The shower wand was duct taped together... A lot of little repairs need made but the pictures showed it was a no frills house. It did have everything we needed while we were there. My dogs loved the deck and being able to watch us on the beach. We had a great trip and was overall happy with the house.

You can sit on the deck and feel like you are sitting on the beach!! We did go to the beach and played cornhole and horse shoes.

Very comfortable beach cottage!
This cottage is lovely. We loved the view and access to the beach. It was comfortable and furnished nicely. There was a lot of deck sitting and eating done! If you're looking for comfort and cozy, this is the place! We will be back!

The view from the deck was wonderful. The Pier was very close and it has great sandwiches. Walking the beach was just what we needed.
