There was advertising on the lobby TV about the cleanliness but I honestly did not see housekeeping AT a ALL! Floors were dirty the entire time, elevators HORRIBLE, trash overflowing

There was an acrylic nail in the bedsheets. The front desk heaved a huge sigh when I told her, like this had happened numerous times before.

This is my second stay in the last 3 weeks. Overall staff, housekeeping are good. However, I am always short something in the room—hand towels one day, either coffee pods, cups, or sugar/creamer packet.
