It was a nice place. I am allergic to animals and had a allergic reaction in the room. So must have had animals in there and bed was cleaned properly.

Computers down. AC In room cools but it was broke with no controls an it was loud and noisy.

wonderful staff, wonderful service

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, close to the beach
This hotel was our haven on a spontaneous, though poorly timed trip to the beach. After dealing with horrible conditions the night before that led to us sleeping in the car, the staff had mercy enough to let us check in early and get some quality rest before enjoying an adventurous night on the town. Definitely recommend this place!

The hotel and staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
I have travelled to Wilmington for years and this is the only hotel I stay at. It is a great value for the money. The hotel is clean, bright and well appointed. The breakfast is tasty with good variety. There is a nice manager's reception weekly. Most importantly, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

room choice

We were given no room choice and the first night was in a smoking room where the odor was terrible. finally did change the room the next day.

Mold and broken TV

Room smelled of mold and there were mold stains on ceiling. Stay otherwise uneventful until I returned home and received a call 2 days later from one of the hotel employees telling me that the flatscreen television in our room had been damaged and that a police report was being filed, although the room was left in excellent condition by my family. I assume that housekeeping damaged the television and tried to pass it off on the guest. I called the hotel's corporate office and filed a complaint against the employee for the accusation and never heard another thing from the hotel after that except for the apology I received from the corporate representative. Very unprofessional and quite frankly offensive for an employee to accuse a frequent guest of such activities.
