Charming historic home!
The house is quite charming and we loved exploring the owner/artist's artwork! She is quite talented. The decor is exactly like the pictures show it! The yard is much bigger than we expected and has a nice area with the hot tub and another area for dining and a great spot with a fire pit with seats all around. Having the coded entrance is super convenient, but having us enter on the side into the bedroom instead of using the front door was a little awkward, but certainly not a big deal. The ground floor bedroom has a queen size murphy bed- not the most comfortable, but not terrible either - it worked fine for the few nights we were there. Upstairs bedroom has a king bed that was comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and the only suggestion (aside from front entry) would be to have a clothing rack for hanging garments since the closet is restricted to owner use. Overall great place to stay!

Awkward layout
I did not expect the entrance into the house to be into a bedroom. Totally awkward for two couples. I feel that this should have been disclosed, also the bed was a Murphy bed. Also, nothing really to do in the area.

Winchester, TN Downtown Home!!
Loved this place. The downtown is on the up and up!! Coffee shop is great, plenty of dining options….all walkable from this home. The home is BEAUTIFUL!! Tons of character!! Hot tub was a blessing after long days.

Love this house!
The location was spectacular - so close to the lake and the center of town. My friend and I stayed and had a wonderful time - I would come back in a heartbeat! Also, the artwork around the house just made it all better! Kristin was an excellent host with excellent communication skills. A++++!

Beautiful Home
We had a wonderful stay in this historical home. It was beautifully decorated, and it had everything we needed to make us comfortable. The “old” feel of the home made it incredibly special. We were able to walk downtown and eat at a fabulous restaurant with fabulous owners, (FILO’s), and we were no more than 5-10 minutes from the lake. Perfectly located!! The owner is an artist, so you are surrounded by the most fantastic artwork during your stay. She even leaves you a little gift. (I won’t spoil your surprise!) We will definitely be back when time allows. This was the perfect find!

Family Time
Our oldest son and his family moved to Winchester. We rented this house so we could spend some time with them. The house was wonderful. It is exactly as pictured and described. It was cozy and very homey and had everything we needed. I loved the llama theme that was going on. Would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.

Lovely!
We enjoyed staying in this beautifully restored historic vacation home of artist/owner. Superb location close to the square and swim beach/boat ramp/dock. The artwork made the space unique and extra special. Wonderful to have a hot tub. Excellent response time from the owner! Grateful for our time there.
