Welcome to our TOTALLY RENOVATED historic home just one block walk from the downtown Winchester square. Walk to see a movie at our historic two-screen theater, grab pizza at Piezan, coffee at Walnut Hill, or dinner and drinks at our new upscale Tavern - Filo's. Of course, we are so close to Tim's Ford Lake and all that has to offer: fishing, boating, water sports.

We restored this home from the ground up to create the perfect VRBO experience.

Spacious, light filled, spotlessly clean; gorgeous decor with thought to every detail and comfort of guests. Walk just 4 very short blocks to the "square" for coffee, dining, a nail salon, and a movie theater - all on the square! We highly recommend Filo's for lunch or dinner. Hosts responded quickly to any questions/requests and were gracious in doing so. We have family in the area and will definitely book this home for our next visit.

Small Town meets Immaculate Historical
From the first view of this small town treasure, we were blown away. The rocking chairs and beautiful flowers beckoned a Welcoming introduction to the best kept secret in Winchester. Everything in the house reflected a complete renovation with modern amenities while keeping historic features. From the tall ceilings to the wide baseboards hinting of days past, every modern convenience is there for our comfort. The location is a 6 minute walk to the historic theater with the latest movies playing. Walnut Hill Coffee Shop one block away matches the best of any urban offering. Of course, a day on Timsford Lake does not disappoint with boat and water sports. Overall excellent experience for all of our family.
