Cleanlyness

Pros: Location
Cons: Staff more friendly, rooms need spring cleaning. Needs to have hot water running from all taps. The floors need a good cleaning.
Location: There is lots of shopping, close to the U.S. border.
The first room they gave us had not been cleaned proper or dusted. There was Kleenex or toilet paper in the toilet. They gave us another room, which was slightly better, but they never clean the spills and drips on the walls or in the corners on the floor. As we got ready for bed there was no hot water in the sink tap but there was in the bathtub. Only 2 towels no face cloths. When we turned in our key all we got was, I will look into it.
