"Terrible! We arrived in the evening after traveling for 10 hours. We were looking forward to putting out tired kids straight to bed, and as I turned down the sheets discovered several stains in the sheets that looked like blood. After finding this I inspected the bedding closer and both beds were filthy. One bed had red blood-like stains on both the sheets and the comforter. The other bed had short body hair in the sheets, stains, and sticky things that looked like boogers. We called the front desk to ask for extra bedding for both beds. After 20 minutes they brought us 2 new sheets & they were both stained. There were 4 of us sharing two beds and we needed more than 2 sheets, as the comforters, mattress covers and sheets in both beds were dirty. My husband went back down to the front desk to ask for more sheets, and the lady at the front desk gave him an attitude. He asked if they had any extra fitted sheets and her response was āwe donāt even have fitted sheets, so Iām not sure how yours could be dirtyā⦠okay, so he mistakenly called the mattress cover a fitted sheet - either way, the sheets are dirty and we need some extras. He asked if we could just have some regular sheets then. 45 minutes later two more clean, stained sheets were brought to our room. It was midnight by the time we were able to remake the beds and get the kids to sleep. Our sleep was terrible as we didn't feel comfortable sleeping with the blood stained comforters. Gross and not worth the $260. "
