They told me upon check in that dogs were not allowed in the room we booked. I got the specialty room and then was downgraded to a room that had an exit door to outside that wouldn’t even open. Very upset I was not properly compensated

Did not like that even with heat turned off altogether, room was too warm for sleeping and could not turn on cooling system either. also volume was controlled on tv so could not turn up above 16 and cc's were not enabled either. First morning, although breakfast hours were posted until 10;30 and I arrived at 10:10, I was told if I wanted anything I would have to take it back to my room. I reported same to Manager and she apologized and set the appropriate personnel straight about the policy on the breakfast service hours. Next morning all was well and the individual also apologized Front desk staff was friendly and polite at all times. Enjoyed Tracey particularly. Would stay again..

Ive been to this hotel 4 times now for various staycations and birthday parties. I Love how the pool area is set up and it is pet friendly this last stay i brought my dogs with me and they enjoyed the stay as well. Would recommended its quiet and friendly one of my top three favorite hotels for my staycations!
