They had yummy cookies and coffee. The lobby was pretty. The one bad thing was that the pull out couch smelled of urine and they didn’t have any replacement mattresses. We asked and they were super nice about it and gave us free breakfast. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

I was bummed to find out that my booking did not include a complimentary breakfast for the family. To be fair I did not read it closely when I reserved the room but I never have. It has just always been available.

Wonderful Experience

When I arrived at The Double Tree, I received the most wonderful greetings from the check in staff. They were very quick at getting me checked in, gave me warm cookies and recommended a great restaurant for dinner. This was the best greeting I've ever received when checking in.
