The staff was friendly but service was really slow, there was only one clerk and I had to wait at least 15 minutes for service each time and I had to return to the desk many times for non operating key cards. The website said fully stocked kitchenette, however there was nothing, not even plastic ware, what’s the point of a kitchen with no dishes? The other visitors were loud all through the night and the place reeked of marijuana, inside and out. By my third day I was embarrassed to go to work because my clothes stank of it.

Not great!

Pros: The room seemed clean, even if shabby and outdated.
Cons: The beds were horrible, the carpet was extremely stained, and there were no extra pillows, blankets, or towels available.
Location: The location was okay, though the clientele was a little sketchy. It was close to the people we were visiting, and close to food, shopping, etc.
To start out, the rooms keys didn't work, so we had to get new ones. We weren't expecting a four star hotel, so the shape of the hotel wasn't a complete surprise, and at least the room was clean, other than many stains on the carpet. The beds were extremely uncomfortable (sagged in the middle) and noisy--I was afraid my son was going to fall through to the floor when he tossed and turned--which we all did frequently. No extra pillows, no extra blankets, and none available when we called the front desk. There were only towels for two people (there were three of us), and there were no extra towels available when we called. We stayed two nights and when we called in the morning to get clean towels (no cleaning service came the day before), we were told there were only two towels per room and we couldn't get clean ones until the housekeepers came at 10:00, but check-out was at 11:00. My sister used a wet towel from the bathroom floor that someone else had used the day before, and a used hand towel for a washcloth. She then went to the front desk and begged for two clean towels, which we finally got after much wrangling. It is an extended-stay hotel, so they don't clean the rooms or provide clean towels on a daily basis, which we weren't informed of at check-in. When we complained at check-out, they were totally uninterested in hearing it. So, the customer service gets a big, fat zero in my book!

Helpful Staff - Terrible Hotel

Pros: Staff
Cons: Everything else.
Staff was accommodating and helpful given what they have to work with. No blankets, no towels, one small shampoo for a room booked for 3 (with the added cost). The bathroom fan was so noisy we couldn't hear anyone speaking from the other room! the walls were dirty, and the vent in the bathroom ceiling was falling out and so rusted that it was a little scary. The kitchen was made of Formica which was so misused that it was falling apart and splitting from being wet. There was suspicious water leaking from behind the mini-fridge. No housekeeping staff. We viewed our stay as an adventure - but would not stay again!!!

Looks deceiving.

Looks rough around the edges, but people mind their own business and everyone just goes to work every day. Spartan furnishings and no pots, dishes and silverware but I had enough to get by and it was very close to where I work.

Good place to stay for a night on a stop over.

Pros: The price and it was clean.
Cons: Had some water damage inside the kitchen cabinet and some ants
If you don't have too high of standards and you are just looking for a cheap place to sleep this is the place. The place was clean except for a few ants in the kitchen area. Plenty of parking and had elevators. The room did sometimes smell of smoke from smokers standing outside smoking.

Warning! Warning! Warning!

When pulling into the parking lot this place seems just fine. That's where the niceness ends. The staff are friendly enough if you can find them but the room had me totally skeeved out. There was some substance that appeared to be old menstrual fluid one wall and possibly feces on another. Everything was stained - carpet, drapes, sheets, blankets, you get the picture - except the towels and wash clothes. Somebody's hair (lots of it) seemed to have chemically bonded with the bathroom floor and the water tasted of mold. But hey, at least I didn't have prostitutes knocking on the door all night asking if I ordered a friend. also, i seem to have escaped without contracting any communicable diseases but that's no reason to ever consider staying there again

Just in town while family member at Hospital.

Pros: It looked nice from the outside.
Cons: Most everything. This hotel was frequented by a caliber of person that I do not normally associate with, and may have met their needs effectively.
Location: Not a very good area, but I made it out unscathed. Dunkin Donuts across the street. Walmart near by.
When I arrived the police were there due to an unruly drunken tenant. I had to wait for the staff outside at night to check-in because she didn't hear the door or the phone while she was in the back of the office. My first room had to be switched because the door lock lost power and wouldn't lock. I asked for a non-smoking room and both rooms reeked of cigarettes. I couldn't walk barefoot in the room because the floor and the carpet were dirty. I only stayed because it was late and I was tired. Plus the room did meet my basic needs for a clean bed, and shower. The TV worked and the AC worked.

Easy check-in process, quick service and neat/clean room

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Good value for money especially with provided kitchenette. A little out of the way so a car is essential.
