The front desk lady wasn’t pleasant and the room was never cleaned,so they had to give me a new one.The front desk lady wasn’t sorry that my room wasn’t cleaned and took a while to receive a new room

You can always count on Holiday Inn Express for a great stay; HOWEVER, a few things were not up to the usual standard: Breakfast buffet wasn't as good & tasty as normal (cinnamon rolls weren't fully cooked and were cold); Shower drain was very slow to drain, so while taking a shower you'll end up standing in about 3" of water; AND the room's front entry tile was VERY grimy & dirty, since we had to clean it with a wet towel which proved to be quite dirty upon looking at the used towel. Disappointed but I informed the front desk and they said they would look into it.

The room is a nice size. The bathroom is huge for a hotel room. The whole layout of the room is convenient and there is a Keurig!
