"Great location being just a two minute walk from Marble Arch station and Hyde Park. Hotel is well run and very modern. Just one minor gripe - not enough lifts which can mean long waits. There are stairs, but they are difficult to find often being hidden behind unlabelled brown doors. Would definitely stay there again if I ever needed to."

"Lovely reception area and staff was very nice and helpful. Room was dated but we had a very comfortable stay and didn't mind for the price paid. Large quadruple room with 2 twin beds in an upstairs loft. Clean bathroom. The location was perfect for us. Took the tube direct from Heathrow to Gloucester Rd station. Short 5 min walk to hotel from station. Gloucester Rd station had direct tube lines to the main sights so very convenient. Would definitely stay here again."

"First of all, the hotel had the most beautiful lobby ever! The rooms were nice, with great bathtubs and good beds, but were on the small side (which is often the case in Europe). The location was excellent and so convenient, although it was quite congested. The associated restaurant, The Soak, was very good, too, especially waiters Joban and Alfred."
