Directly across from Austinmer Surf Club.
Close to Coffee Shops, Restaurants, Bars and public transport. Perfect for the family getaway.
Kim is happy to accommodate flexible checking arrangements when available.

The location is the perfect position to enjoy a relaxing beach escape.
The town house is set up as follows;
- Downstairs has large open plan lounge, dinning, modern kitchen with laundry and toilet attached. There is a Queen size fold out sofa bed plus study nook in loungeroom don't forget about the 65" Android TV. Free WIFI.
- Upstairs has 2 generous bedrooms both with king size beds and a full size Bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have oversized built in wardrobes.
Bedroom two has a king size bed which can be converted into two singles.
- There is good size undercover outdoor area with dining table and outdoor lounge. Webber family Q, BBQ.
- The yard is secure (fully fenced ) with plenty of grass.
- There is also a clothes line in the court yard.

We live locally and are contactable at any time for assistance or advice. You can be rest assured that if there is any issues that arise on your stay we will be there to help you resolve them.

We allow small pets on request. They must be declared on booking. We don’t allow them on the furniture or bedding and request they are kept to the ground floor. We also ask that any doggie ablution is picked wth the bags provided and hygienically disposed of. If there is evidence of pets having been on the furniture or upstairs including bedding we will request a further cleaning fee of $100.

NOISE
Disturbance to neighbours including excessive noise, music and unruly behaviour is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received; a first warning will be given. If a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund. We have a limited noise policy from 8pm and strictly no noise from 10pm. Unfortunately we do not except groups of males.

CLEANING
Unit must be left in the condition they were in upon guests arrival. Excess cleaning fees up to $500 may apply (e.g. rubbish not being removed, dishes not washed and put away, barbecues not cleaned). Please report any existing damage to the unit upon your arrival. Please immediately report any damage which occurs during your stay.

Perfect stay!
We had the most amazing stay! We wish we could've stayed longer than the weekend. The place was beautiful, clean, tidy and the perfect location! The check in process was easy, and it had everything we needed. Kim and Trent were amazing when we needed to contact them and were so helpful with the set up for our baby who came on the trip. Gorgeous house and hopefully will be able to come back and stay again soon

Short stay with family and Pet in Beautiful Austinmer
We had a great stay in this property, dropped the friends at the airport Tuesday morning and spent the rest of the week checking out the area and beaches with our French Bulldog who never leave my side. The property is well maintained. clean and very comforting, my bed was, super comfortable. Opposite Austinmer Beach and a short walk to the dog beach which we did a couple of times a day. Coffee shop close by although the hosts do supply a coffee machine for the early morning lift. All was good until my wife contacted me on day before I was due to check out that the owners/managers had hit our bank account for a substantial holding deposit/payment which on enquiring an answer from the hosts was basically not to worry it will be refunded in 24 hrs. Yes,we did receive our funds back within 24 hrs. however nowhere on the booking platform does it state that that a holding deposit will be debited from your account and if that is the case, We as pet and a long term Stayz holiday home provider would have had no issue in paying this fee upfront. However, it was a shock when this large was removed from our account without our knowledge or approval the day prior to our departure. We can understand that property owners have concerns about issues arising from ppl and pets staying in their properties and wanting some protection however being upfront is better being blindsided less than 24 hrs. prior to departure. The owners apologized to us, and I believe are correcting the listing.

Right across from the beach with a wonderful house equipped with everything you need. Kim is always contactable. The house is perfect and like a hotel but with all the privacy of your own residence. Wonderful!

Perfect for a short summer break. Traveled as a couple with an adult son. Swam at the patrolled beach across he road every day. Lovely outdoor dining area.

Perfect location
We stayed for the second time at this beautiful place, and absolutely loved it again. Perfect location just across the road from the beach, and so close to local cafes. Especially wondering able to see the ocean from inside we well. The hosts were incredibly accommodating with any requests, and communication was excellent. Lovely little touches as well. We’d love to stay again.

Great place
The road outside was way louder than I expected and there isn't really much open at all unless you go into Thirroul, but other than that, everything was great. I really appreciated all the extra blankets as it was a bit cold and I don't like using air con very much, thank you for that!
