Room smelled like cigarettes' and mold. We asked for a different room and it smelled the same.

The parking lot needs repaving badly. There was issue with the room cards demagnetizing a few times but the staff was very quick to resolve.

The location is old and tired but clean and quiet. I saw an employee park in Member parking (the first 2 spots). The best parking should be for guests and NEVER employees. A new shopping center is being built next door and it makes the place look bad (not their fault!). $100 is taken out of credit card for security and I was told that most of the hotels do this!! That is not true. No place I've ever stayed takes out a security deposit. And this doesn't show up on your receipt. So you have to be vigilant and watch that it's returned. I also thought this was a hotel but it's a motel.As a woman traveling alone, I would have felt safer if it was a hotel.

The room was clean and cozy. It was a little smaller than we expected, but we made it work. We stayed for 8 days/nights so it just felt a little cramped. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice quiet location
