"This is not just a house, it is like a camp retreat! There are so many amenities that come with this property, it made our stay even more amazing. The 10-person hot tub, swimming pool, corn hole, table tennis, darts, skeeball, and shuffleboard, along with Netflix, Direct TV, etc. gave us so much to do on our trip. The property is close enough to Austin for our event but also in a quiet, relaxing country setting to be able to enjoy the best of both worlds. We had plenty of space for everyone with the number of bedrooms and beds. The property manager was prompt in responses to questions and very helpful if needed. I definitely recommend this property and plan to stay here again!"

"We had a great time. The little ones 6 to 10 of age, were able to swim in the river, shallow, and fish. We had 8 adults and 7 children with us and plenty of room,with no fights over the bathroom. Stayed cold inside and never ran out of hot water. The trees and fire pit were a hit. A little disappointed with no kayak or lawn games as advertised and one bunk room doesn't have a door. We will return, affordable for all family members."

"The cottage is about 25 minutes outside of Austin. It was clean and had some kitchen equipment. The beds were comfortable and great bathrooms with plenty of towels. Each bedroom has a tv. The kitchen is a good size with the sitting room/lounge area. There is one sofa bed to sit on here and some chairs and another tv. The hot tub functions in its own separate room built directly next to the house. Overall a great place to stay"

"We had a very special weekend in TX seeing the eclipse, and spending time with our extended family. The house is located in a very quiet rural area; remote but easy access to the city and highways. Plenty of space, TVs in every sleeping area and plenty of dishes and glassware in the kitchen. We brought in a local chef to cook us a special dinner one night to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and he found everything he needed to prepare a goumet dinner for us. We also enjoyed using the pool and the grill throughout the visit."

"This property was so well stocked! I have never seen one with all the amenities that we needed on hand. I cannot state enough how awesome it was to have the amount of USB chargers and outlets we did. We had 12 adults and 4 children and it was a great setup so that everyone had some space. I had the younger kids and they loved the pool/hot tub and game room, I wasn't aware previously that the queen/study/twin room connected but it was perfect for our family. The young adult couple loved the privacy of the pool house and two elderly couples loved the first-floor bedroom suites. The kitchen was wonderful for making big family dinners and having 4 trashcans helped with clean up. One bedroom door could use some WD-40 or make sure your earliest risers aren't in there! We would have loved to have more towels as we had one per person and emailed to ask but didn't get a response. Luckily some were located in a dresser drawer but we did need to wash them often in our 5 days. Getting into downtown Austin was easy and all the stores we needed were a quick drive. We were the only ones flying in and the airport was very convenient. The hot tub was insanely hot and unusable at 103 degrees. We had to be sure to take the cover off for a while, adjust it, and test it before you get in! Overall it was a great way to get together and everyone found something they liked about this property."
