Was due to arrive on a Saturday, travelled from Brisbane, delayed leaving due to family reasons, they close at 5pm which is highly unusual, called them and advised we would be late. Was advised they close at 5pm the owner recommended we find alternative accommodation, which did. I did ask if they had a key box, they advised that they did not, and offered no other options. Tried calling on mobile straight to message. When back in Yeppoon, dropped around and they do have key box in plain sight, no refund. If staying here do not be late, otherwise look for somewhere else to stay.

Absolutely incredible! Highly recommend! The cleanliness and attention to detail is above and beyond. A beautiful set up. The owners were also very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
