The hotel is a fairly new property, with comfortable rooms and plenty of amenities, including sauna and baths, and friendly and helpful staff. However we found the choices for eating are very limited. The hotel's restaurant seem closed most of the time, with very limited hours of operation. Considering the only way to and from the hotel is via its shuttle (which runs a fairly decent schedule to the airport and to Kawasaki station) the choices are a 30 minute ride away. Otherwise it's a great location for short stays near Haneda airport.

Appreciated the free shuttle to and from Haneda Airport. The hotel is new and kept clean. We had a great view of the airport and the bay . Will definitely consider this hotel when landing and heading out from Tokyo.

Excellent. The hotel has a free shuttle bus from the hotel to all terminals: 1, 2 and 3. However, it only has free shuttle bus from terminal 2 to the hotel. I paid only $8 (1200 Yen) for a taxi from terminal 3 to the hotel. Room is excellent and very clean.

Great Experience here
I messaged the hotel when my flight was delayed. They responded, and were waiting when I finally arrived. Excellent service. Friendly, efficient and really professional. Room was fantastic. Everything you might need was there. Took a minute to figure out the shower, but that’s it.
