予約番号も正しく入力したことを5人全員で確認したのに、何度入力してもエラーとなり、1時間くらい格闘し、また、緊急連絡先にも何度も電話したのに、電話にも出てもらえず、せっかくの旅の初日から絶望的な思いをいたしました。結局、宿泊を諦めざるを得ませんでした。料金が、カードから引き落としになっているなんてことありませんよね‼︎
