When we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and asked if they could make recommendations around town. They were so very polite and kind. When we got to our room however the entire room smelled like someone had smoked in there. We had a dog with us therefore we did not ask to be moved nor did we say anything about it. We were very unhappy that the room smelled of smoke but we actually chose not to do anything about it either. When we did check out the next day we did tell the front desk that they might want to check the room and we had asked if it was a smoking room. They said no it was not a smoking room and that they would check the room. They were very kind when we told them what was wrong.
