The staff was inflexible! The room did not have bars to hand clothing on I was not given a receipted bill on check-out. The staff did not, apparently, communicate with each other so my reservation was not immediately found. Bay Mount needs to train these people. I won't use them or Travelocity again.

The carpet was badly stained. The room should have been out of service. There was not even a cup for water to drink/take medicine. The noise in the place was unlike I have ever heard. Looks ok from the outside but it is a mess. WIFI was crap with only a very weal signal and when I called the front desk about it they said there was not a problem and my room was very close to the transmitter. Three places to log on and not one of them offered a decent connection.

Though basically clean, there were damaged areas on walls, only partially repaired. No iron in the room or in the laundry room. Breakfast was very limited. New coffee pouch was not left when room was straightened. Outside security door was not secure.

We have also upgraded the showers in all our rooms. The maintenance work is now concluding, and we look forward to your future visits, where you can fully enjoy these enhanced facilities.

First room assigned wasn’t clean. Next room had no towels and only 2 pillows on queen sized bed. Room is very small and very basic. Can’t expect much for $65 tho I guess.

My room had trash in the garbage can, the fitted sheet was inside out which made me think the sheet might have just been turned inside out instead of being changed, but looked clean. The bathtub faucet didn't turn off all the way and there was a drip and when I tried to turn shower on it was just a steady stream of water and I couldn't get it to change to the shower spray setting.

I liked the price. I liked the convenient location. I liked the free WiFi. I didn't like the mold at the bottom on the shower curtain nor the dirty toilet bowl. The toilet seat was loose and I almost fell to the floor. The bathroom baseboards are dirty and walls are streaked. There was an old coffee filter in the coffee maker and housekeeping didn't replace fresh coffee the second day. Carpet felt damp or something and looked well used. The mini frig door was falling apart. The room mirror was streaky and the night stand table tops were smeared like as if a dirty rag was used to wipe them. The window had a huge crack in it. The outside door doesn't lock and the hallway (plug-in) fragrance is overpowering. There were burn holes in the bedspread and blanket in the non-smoking room. Linens are clean, but stained. Dead insects in the drawers and no complimentary pen with the pad of paper.
