We took an overnight trip from Zurich to Zermatt, so we prioritized proximity to the train station. The Butterfly turned out to be much more than just convenient to the train station and the main commercial area. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The included breakfast was fresh and offered a lot of options. Most importantly, the service was the best we received anywhere over the course of a full week in Switzerland. The front desk was always well-staffed, and the front desk team was friendly and professional. They offered recommendations to fill our time in Zermatt that proved to be perfect. Thanks to the Hotel Butterfly for making our overnight trip to Zermatt a great success!

Just stay here. Rooms are beautiful, clean, and modern. Great location close to the train station, restaurants, etc. but away from the noise. Hotel staff was super friendly. The owner/manager was AMAZING! The nicest person ever. She went above and beyond to support us in our stay. The hotel was incredibly comfortable including the bed and towels. They offered self service and room service laundry. The breakfast was excellent with everything we could ever want.
