First of all, parking for this hotel is an absolute nightmare. If the very small parking lot within the grounds of the hotel is full, you have to essentially go on a wild goose chase around in circles literally find their overflow parking. Which is sort of sad and confusing, because it is diagonally across the street from the hotel. But because of how the roads are set up, you pretty much have to drive another 2 miles. I did write the staff five stars, but that is unequivocally for the front desk staff. They are amazing, and deserve all the stars. Our room was stunning, so comfortable, and everything we would have expected from a hotel like this! However, to sit at the bar of the restaurant that is connected to the hotel and have no less than five bartenders and at least one manager come within a foot and a half of us sitting at the bar and not even knowledge our existence on this planet? No contact, no hey, we’re really busy, let me grab you a menu and will be with you shortly. Just nothing. We sat there for nearly 25 minutes before walking out and back to the front desk, where an absolutely amazing young lady named Beth and her colleague not only suggested some other restaurants, but actually called around to them to make sure that they were open and accommodating. A bright star in an otherwise unfortunate situation.
