My first day of vacation at Sophia's Cedar Peak
We Checked in around 5pm. Discovered we had no WiFi, and we complained. Was told that someone would come fix it.We also discovered we had no hot water. We complained and still no one called or came to fix the problems.The next morning we called again and were told someone would be there at 11am. No one showed up until 3:30pm. She tried to fix the hot water problem but didn;t. She didn't even look at the WiFi as if she knew the of the problem.I asked to be moved to another room but was told this was her only room. I told her I would not stay there another day! I told my wife to start packing. A short time later she came back and said she could get us another room for the next 2 days in the same Hotel but we would have to pay another person 5,000 peso. I said can you show me the room? She did and it had WiFi and good hot water. So I got the room but was still charged for the first room that was NOT up to standard. I feel the problems were there before I checked in and the manager knew there was NO WiFi and the hot water was not working before we checked in! I called the front desk and informed them of all my issues and was told that was my problem. I would have to address it with the booking web sight.
