Excellent customer service
Lovely old hotel with loads of character. Easy check in with really pleasant and efficient staff. Room was spotless and nice size. Lovely breakfast again with lovely friendly and efficient staff. Will definitely be back.

Parking not available, extortionate elsewhere
No issues with hotel, staff are welcoming enough, biggest issue for me was the parking, the hotel does not seem to have enough spaces for the guests it services. So had no other option to use the extortionate parking at Sophia gardens (£20 for 24hrs) although the hotel is a reasonable price the added extra of parking is hard to stomach, I’d probabaly book a hotel that offered free parking next time or try and get the train (another nightmare)

When entering the room it was very cold electric radiator not working I put the heating on and the room was still cold I booked a standard double bed room but the bed was more like a 3/4 bed
