Frustration
It is truly frustrating not to receive support from hotels.com (expedia group) when a situation like the snow storm in Texas on January 15 and 16 caused the cancellation of thousands of flights and caused disruption to my wedding anniversary trip. 50 years. Even calling The Langham and followed by sending documents proving the flight canceled and rescheduled for 2 days The Langham did not want to waive the charges for the first night. That really is in very bad taste. It is incredible that a hotel of that category is so inconsiderate. An apology for the negative comment but my wife and I feel very bad since we were not able to enjoy Hong Kong since we were only there for 1 day because we took a The Seabourn Cruise on January 20 and we chose The Langham on the recommendation of the cruise line Seabourn. Thank you
