Best hotel and location at heart of Lisbon
Look no further if you want to stay at the heart of Lisbon The minute we stepped down the taxi We felt welcome Truly a 5 star hotel We had deluxe room with nice size balcony over looking the square and the beautiful train station The amenities in the room were great Coffee , 3 bottles of water daily , kettle for hot water , the house keeping went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed. Daily turn down service was nice when you come back from the activities you have a clean room Rooftop bar and breakfast area over looking the square , private sun deck for the hotel guest to see the view 24 hours We were so so happy with the location Walking distance to all the Main Street We are at Lisbon for 6 days and only got to stay here for 3 nights , wish we did not have to leave this hotel but we had other reservation When I come back here next time I will for sure stay here again I stayed at a lot of 5 star hotel but this one I will remember and they deserve higher rating

Very central location. Close to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and train station just across the street. Friendly staff. Had a great hot and cold breakfast selections. We had an issue with traffic noise on the 2nd floor and we asked to be moved on the 2nd night and without any issue we were happy to be moved to the 6th floor. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely come back to this property in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff was so friendly and attentive. We were greeted with such kindness. The hotel is beautiful. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking. Staff member Ricardo went out of his way to make our stay even better. You won’t regret staying at this hotel.

After arriving on an overnight flight from the US the staff kindly checked us into our room. Complimentary port and local pastries were there for us to enjoy. Our room was cozy with a view of the neighborhood and was close to transportation and tours. The roof-top bar and restaurant provided wonderful views, along with creative dishes and attentive service. Everyone at this hotel was quite professional. I highly recommend this hotel. and I definitely stay there again.
